Reception
Being a receptionist at Craggy is a key position. You will be our first line to our customers and will have to be knowledgable about indoor climbing, friendly, personable, efficient and be able to work in a team. Your duties will include a variety of administration tasks including taking course and group bookings, handling customer enquiries, maintaining systems and dealing with all visitors to the 'island'.
