Yes thats right Craggy's very own bouldering league got underway last
Wednesday night and proved a very popular event with the regular
boulderer's.

The new problems caused great excitement among the competitors and were all set by Ben West, who came up from Bristol especially for this event. All routes went up on the featured wall with holds for hands and features for feet with a couple of extremely crimpy routes using features only. A great atmosphere was generated by the competitors who despite trying
their hardest to win, were encouraging to others in their efforts.

It is hoped that the league will give real focus to the boulderer's sport at
Craggy and will lead to an improvement in your grades. We have prizes for
best improver as well as best at level to encourage this.

If you missed the start and fancy joining in, don't despair! you are free to
enter as many or as few of the comps as you like. So come on its great fun,
just turn up on the night and collect your score card.

NB. As you can see there is no 3rd spot for the Ladies and thats because
only Jacquie and Sarah entered! So come on girls make a noise here and have a go!
