We are looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team here at Craggy Guildford. Find out more about the job here.
Role: As one of the Receptionists you offer our customers the “first impression” of Craggy Island when they come into the centre, call to make a booking or email for information. You are responsible for ensuring that all our customers receive a high level of customer service via any medium and that enquiries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. You should be friendly, fun, well-organised and able to work both as part of a team and on your own.
Hours: Working 1 weekend in every 3. Saturday hours are 8:30 til 19:45 and Sunday hours are 9:30 til 18:45.
Requirements: Applicants must be aged 16 years or over at the time of your application. Some experience working in a customer service environment is desirable, as is some experience of indoor climbing but this is not essential; paid training in all aspects of the job will be provided to the successful applicant.
Holiday: You will be entitled to paid holiday at the statutory entitlement.
Pay: Hourly rate is £7.50 per hour.
Overtime: There is the opportunity to work additional hours at your normal hourly rate as the need arises.
